One double-kettlebell combo. Four routes. Six weeks.
ASGARD is for kettlebell trainees who want to be broadly capable rather than narrowly specialized. You already own the double rack, strict press, row, renegade row and a full squat. What you want now is a compact, measurable system: one full-body double-kettlebell combo, programmed four different ways, with clear progression and a reason for every session.
The combo: a curl from the bottom of a squat, strict press, bent-over row, renegade row and squat-style deadlift, performed as one continuous sequence. Designed and tested in 2019, published through Cavemantraining in 2020, trained as a workout since. This book turns it into a program.
The combo never changes. The programming does. Pick the route that matches the quality you need most and run it for six weeks:
Get Stronger: heavy pair, low reps, long rest. Progress is heavier kettlebells at the same standard.
Build Endurance: longer work bouts with fewer rest periods, building to 20 minutes continuous.
Improve Your Cardio: timed work/rest intervals; progress is more repeatable work inside the same intervals.
Train All Three: one day of each, progressed separately.
ASGARD is also built for people whose sport or work demands several physical qualities at once: combat and grappling athletes, firefighters and rescue personnel, and military, police and tactical personnel. It develops general physical capacity; it does not replace sport practice or occupational training.
Inside: the complete ASGARD standard step by step with photos; how to hold the handle, brace, breathe and drop from rack to hang; six-week progressions for every route with week-by-week tables; printable Week 1 session cards with a clock; the Hardstyle single-arm swing finisher with load and weekly targets; Quick Start weight selection, a green/amber/red session test and an optional percentage-based load test; the 10 ASGARDs FOR TIME benchmark; where to go after Week 6; troubleshooting, FAQ, a training log, a quick-reference poster page, and the research behind the loading, rest and interval choices, with links.
