Concise and clear

I wished that I had read this book earlier in my Kettlebell experience. This book covers all aspects of exercise programming a logical concise manor. Lot of links to videos are also contained in the e-version of the book.

I didn't even finish it — this book only states a few obvious things and seems mainly designed to make you buy other products from the author. Very disappointing for the price.

Have been training kettlebell for two years. Was hoping to find answer questions like: * How to design heavy and light days. * Should progression be waved? * Differences in programming by movement (eg grinds vs ballistics; presses vs squats) The book offers beginner level content like the rep and set ranges for training different qualities. Some nice points regarding injury prevention via intelligent exercise sequencing. Overall beginners would be better off buying a program. Intermediates and advanced probably won't find much that they don't already know.

Essential book — all body mobility is covered. Some exercises are difficult even though they remain accessible. A must-have for anyone training seriously with kettlebells.
