Well-made book, with workouts always as good as ever from the author, but there are few in the end, and especially a very long and unnecessary section that takes up half the book to demonstrate the movements.

I have been impressed with the information from Workouts vol 1 & 2, information in vol 3 has really turned up a notch.

Good overall book. Wonderful challenges if you are already into kettlebells. I would not recommend for someone just picking up a kettlebell for the first time. Great workouts to challenge you. May have to go to the links described in the book to better understand some techniques. However, wasn't disappointed with this buy.

I have only been working with kettlebells about 6 months and in that time I have been searching for a guide that would provide a challenge as well as variation. I have finally found such a guide. Taco’s combination of movements is definitely challenging and is anything but boring. This is the first book I have tried that Taco has put together but I am sure to try others. I grew up working out in an athletic gym like so many others and did the run of the mill barbell and dumbbell sets. In kettlebells I have found a certain freedom that doesn’t exist in the gym world. One kettlebell can be transported to almost any location and can be the only tool needed for a complete workout. Thanks Taco for the lessons. My strength continues to improve as does my flexibility in my middle age years. I look forward to many more years of moving iron and all the benefits that come with it.

If you train with kettlebells I think this is a great book for you. Lots of challenging workouts, but Taco does a great job of giving you progressions, regressions, etc. There are workouts for 1 or 2 kettlebells, indexed by time, muscles worked, goals, etc. Packed full of information, options, and pictures (plus video links) I believe this is a must have for kettlebell enthusiasts.

Haven't had time to delve into this volume yet. The whole seems to me coherent with the other volumes.

Simply amazing.

I have been following the Cavemantraining YouTube channel for a few years and have utilized workouts, tips etc. Kettlebell Workouts Challenges 3.0 is what I expected, quality information, professionally presented and great value.

This has to be the most comprehensive Kettlebell workout series I have ever read. From the start it has full explanations along with pictures and links to tutorial videos. This is a fantastic addition to anyone's training to get you to the next level of fitness.
