NEO is a complete kettlebell training system built around five named training days — KRATOS, ATLAS, HERACLES, CHAOS, and ZEUS — each targeting a specific quality. The program emphasises simplicity, low volume, full control, perfection, slow exercise execution, power, strength, flexibility, mobility, and cardio. Designed for 8 or 12 week cycles and adaptable from beginner through advanced. Workouts are around 30 minutes (roughly 70% active work time) and run on a single or double kettlebell setup. The structure is flexible: run the five days back-to-back, space them with rest, or condense to 3-4 days per week. NEO bundles three ebooks (the NEO program guide, Master The Kettlebell Curl, and Kettlebell Training Fundamentals), instructional videos for every day plus curl variations, follow-along workouts with form demos, mistake-avoidance guides, a mobility exercise library, private group access, four weeks of optional online coaching, and lifelong access.
